Concept and Feasibility

Ingleton Wood provide a full range of design expertise including early stage design work at project inception. Often required in a quick turnaround time, the architectural team have a range of specialists across all sectors who can quickly generate feasibility studies or concept plans to establish viability on client proposals or to explore a number of possible options. When combined with support from our Planning team the integrity of policy compliant feasibility information can be a significant during the early stages of negotiations with local authorities.

 

Feasibility study designs may be applicable to:-

  • Healthcare planning for estate regeneration
  • Building adaption or alteration proposals
  • High level options appraisals to assist business case proposals
