As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our service with relation to CDM, we have been reviewing ways in which we can utilise the resource offered by our appointment of Francis Hunter in the newly created CDM Manager role.
In order to promote this resource better and offer additional support and guidance, Francis will be undertaking a monthly CDM surgery at each office. One day each week he will travel to the other offices in the Practice with the purpose of being available for advice, general discussion and project review.
We will focus on specific topics throughout the year dealing with the initial items which arise from the internal audit undertaken across a sample of projects Practicewide. Primarily, the focus will be on further improving the service we deliver as Principal Designer to ensure that we provide a first rate service to our clients.
