Our Norwich office recently took a walk on the wild side with a day of volunteering at Banham Zoo in Norfolk, as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses.
The team spent the day clearing a disused animal enclosure for the zoo’s new Wallaby Walkthrough, feeding the giraffes, and attending the Amazing Animals presentation. The Wallaby Walkthrough is due to open in May, and our team can’t wait to return and see the wallabies in their new home.
Banham Zoo is owned by local conservation education charity the Zoological Society of East Anglia (ZSEA), and relies solely on the support of its members, visitors, and volunteers to continue providing for the endangered animals in their care.
John Dixon, Partner, said: “We were delighted to support ZSEA by preparing their new wallaby habitat at Banham Zoo. It was a hard day’s work, but everyone got stuck in and had fun working together to get the job done.
